 Vision

The Panchayat’s development vision is to achieve inclusive and sustainable rural development by focusing on infrastructure development, employment generation, revitalization of agriculture and fisheries sectors, ensuring cleanliness and public health, providing drinking water and housing for all, creating a women- and child-friendly society, and promoting environmental protection through people-centered and participatory governance.

Mission

• Formulate and implement projects based on the needs of the people and local potential.
• Strengthen agriculture, fisheries, and small-scale enterprise sectors to enhance economic self-reliance.
• Ensure access to basic services such as clean drinking water, healthcare, sanitation, and education for all.
• Promote the social and economic advancement of women, children, Scheduled Caste communities, and other marginalized groups.
• Create skill development and employment opportunities for youth.
• Strengthen environmental protection and waste management systems to build a clean and sustainable Grama Panchayat.
• Implement development activities with public participation, transparency, and accountability.
